Columbia S.C., 10c Blue entire, Seal on Back (18XU12). Unusually clear strike on backflap, matching "Paid" in circle and "10" rate handstamp with "Columbia S.C. Jul. 15" (1861) circular datestamp on cover to member of 2nd Regt. S.C. Volunteers at Fairfax Court House Va., cover reduced and stained, some edge faults and backflap reattached, Very Fine appearance, only four examples have been recorded and the only example we have offered since keeping computerized records, ex Matz, with 2002 P.F. certificate (as 18XU5)
