Tied by Wellington circular datestamp on 1905 cover with "On Public Service only." and "General Post Office, Wellington, N.ZP.S.E. certificate / Env No. 38" imprints, sent to Berne, Switzerland (arrival backstamp), slight cover crease which just barely affects stamp, still Very Fine, any "O.P.S.O." Official stamp is rare on cover
