Set of Mark values, each with 4mm spacing from Gibbs setting V, tied to large piece by sharp strikes of violet oval Rabual Jan 14, 1915 datestamps, bright colorsVERY FINE. AN EXTRAORDINARY AND LIKELY UNIQUE SET OF SURCHARGE MARK VALUES FROM THE LATE SETTING ON ONE PIECE. ONE OF THE GREAT SHOWPIECE RARITIES OF NEW BRITAIN.
