6c Blue, Re-Issue (126). Choice centering with well-proportioned margins, face-free cancel at lower left, older P.F. certificate states "chemically cleaned" but we see no evidence of that and the more recent P.S.E. certificate agrees with us, Very Fine and choice -- one of the rarest of the set in used condition (SMQ estimates that approximately 30 exist in used condition), ex Dr. Morris, Mayer and Curtis, with copy of 2006 P.F. certificate mentioning the cleaning, with 2006 P.S.E. certificate stating "genuine used" (VF 80; SMQ $3,000.00), in our opinion, this deserves a VF-XF 85 grade, if not XF 90
