15c Pale Ultramarine (382). Mint N.H., rich color and detailed impression on bright paper, unusually choice centering for this issue

EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A GORGEOUS MINT NEVER HINGED EXAMPLE OF SCOTT 382. THIS IS A DIFFICULT ISSUE TO OBTAIN IN THE HIGHER GRADES.

With 2004 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $2,250.00). Only two have graded higher (one at 95J and one at 98). We recently sold the sole 98 for $5,250 hammer in our Hanover sale. We have never offered the 95J, and this is the first in this grade we have offered since 2013
