FRESH AND FINE. A RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER. AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT ISSUE TO OBTAIN IN MINT NEVER-HINGED CONDITION.

We have offered only six unduplicated Mint N.H. examples since 1992 (the last in our 2009 Whitman sale). The online records of the Philatelic Foundation do not contain many more, including two that are reperfed.
