Without gum as issued, serial no. 5769, bright color and paper, tiny inconsequential surface scuff to right of Howell Cobb's faceVERY FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXTREMELY RARE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE "SERIES 1943" OVERPRINT STOCK TRANSFER ISSUE.
This issue is rare in used condition without a cut cancel. This is the first unused example we have encountered.
