Mint N.H. plate no. 34191 block of four, Olive color is completely omitted, Vermilion color is present or faintly present on all four stamps, Very Fine, this is the discovery example of this rare error and very few exist outside of this plate block, only one other appears in Power Search and its Vermilion color is even more trace than in the this block, with 1998 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as four singles without premium for the plate block
