Mint N.H., Very Fine, a striking and outstanding color-missing error, 46 are recorded in Datz, all from one partial pane, this makes an excellent companion to the stamp offered in the following lot, which lacks the engraved colors seen in four vignettes here but contains all the litho colors, ex Floyd, with copy of 1994 (for the partial pane) and 1995 P.F. certificates
