Complete booklet containing two panes of four, both are error panes showing Blue litho omitted on the first three stamps, most obvious on the left stamp in the postcard and in the second stamp on the album pages (the right stamp was not designed with Blue litho), Very Fine and rare, the Datz book states only four booklets are reported, this is the first example we have offered since keeping computerized records, with 1993 P.S.E. certificate, Scott Retail for two panes without premium for the complete booklet format
