Mint N.H. pair, top stamp the error completely missing engraved Dark Blue and mostly missing Black and Red as well, bottom stamp missing portion of design at top left, caused by a piece of paper adhering to the sheet during printing, Very Fine example of this dramatic and extremely rare color-omitted error, Datz states "at least two" in existence though when this was sold in the Shreves Floyd sale it was believed to be unique, ex Floyd, illustrated in Datz, with 1990 P.F. certificate
