Position 1L1E, huge margins to clear including bottom right corner interpane margin with centerline and dot, beautiful Plate 1 Early color, neat strike of Mobile circular datestamp, Very Fine and choice, the Neinken book notes this is a swing position and that a small break in the outer line at top developed as the plate wore away, making it a Type IIIa (Scott 8A), we detect what could be a tiny break but still identify this as Type II
