II (11A), all stamps tied by perfect strikes of blue "Troy N.Y. Oct. 9" circular datestamp on orange-yellow cover to Stanbridge, Canada East, red "U. States" in scroll cross-border handstamp, red "St. Johns L.C. Oct. 20" circular datestamp, overall light cover wrinkling, one 3c stamp with light pre-use corner crease, still an Extremely Fine cover with fresh stamps and strong markings, ex Vogel
