Position 99L1L, huge margins to clear including part of adjoining stamps at sides and bottom sheet margin, cancelled by blue propeller fancy cancel, matching "Wilmington & Raleigh Railroad Dec. 7" route agent's circular datestamp on blue folded cover with some accounting on inside and note indicating "letter headed Charleston 6 Dec. 1851", to New York, Very Fine and choice, the propeller cancel is found on the 1847 Issue, with 1987 P.F. certificate
