II (11A), three large margins, in at left, 1c cancelled by grids, 3c tied by red "New-York Aug. 27" circular datestamp, second strike at center, on small cover to Paris, France, 1c tied by French transit and "19" decimes due marking, 1852 docketing, transit and receiving backstamps, some slight wear, Fine and desirable use to a foreign destination
