1c Blue, Ty. IV (9). Two huge margins including part of adjoining stamps at bottom, slightly in at top and lower left, tied by "Hartford Ct. Nov. 17" circular datestamp on red Fillmore & Donelson Know-Nothing Party campaign cover to Norwalk Conn., Milgram MF-4, top right corner of cover repaired (clear of stamp), some other edgewear, still Fine, a scarce design and especially so with the 1c 1851, after Fillmore's presidency (1850-53) and Pierce's administration (a turbulent one due to the slavery conflict), Fillmore ran as the Know-Nothing Party candidate in 1856
