Pale shade, margins to clear, tied by large "Paid" grid cancel, red "Boston Sep. 2" circular datestamp on cover to Roxbury Mass., with "Ocean Penny Postage" illustrated propaganda design depicting female Peace and members of various races with sidewheel paddle steamship, Mitchell imprint, "League of Universal Brotherhood" embossed clasping hands seal on backflap, with contents (may not be original as dated July)
