FINE AND SCARCE USED BLOCK OF THE 1857 3-CENT PERFORATED TYPE I WITH A BLUE TOWN CANCEL.

Blocks of this stamp, either used or unused, are quite scarce and many of the examples we have encountered have pen cancels.
