VERY FINE AND CHOICE. A RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE $2.00 1895 NEWSPAPER ISSUE. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT ISSUES TO OBTAIN IN MINT NEVER-HINGED CONDITION.

A Power Search review found only one other in Mint N.H. condition. A review of the online records of The Philatelic Foundation failed to find any additional examples.
