Type II--the righthand position in the setting of two--indistinct cancel leaves entire design clearly visible (certificate states cancelled in red), repaired at top adding portions of the inner and outer framelines, repaired above "13", certificate states discolored from oxidation but this is probably traces of staining from mucilage used to affix the stamp
