A STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1912 50-CENT BUREAU POSTAGE DUE ISSUE. THIS STAMP IS GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED. IT IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE THIS GRADE.
