Mint N.H., intense color and impression, perfectly centered with Jumbo margins, Extremely Fine Gem, a stunning Mint N.H. stamp, with 1995 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $1,850.00), out of 385 graded stamps only eight have graded higher (all at 100, there are no 100J's) and only one other shares this desirable grade, we have offered only one example graded higher than 98 in our auctions, back in 2009
