THIS MAGNIFICENT MINT NEVER-HINGED GUIDE LINE PAIR IS GRADED GEM 100 BY P.S.E. -- THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED AND THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE IT.
It is difficult enough for a single stamp to achieve the feat of grading 100. When the same grading standard is applied to a pair, and then that sub-set is reduced even further to guide line pairs, then the rarity of this item can be appreciated.
With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; SMQ $3,500.00). This is the highest grade awarded and no others share this grade.
