VERY FINE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT BLACK ON WHITE OFFICIAL CUT SQUARE, WHICH IS NOT KNOWN IN USED CONDITION.

Only one full entire is known and it is torn across the indicia. Ex Meisel and "Scarsdale". With 1955 and 2006 P.F. certificates.
