Unused (no gum), nicely balanced margins top to bottom and side to side -- particularly wide at top and bottom, bright shade, single pulled perf at bottom right, appears Very Fine, a review using Power Search found very few centered unused 24c F Grill stamps, despite the small perf flaw this is a desirable example, with 2006 P.F. certificate
