Lightly hinged pair with 3mm spacing, deep rich color on post-office fresh paper, almost perfect centering with Jumbo margins, updated certificate mentioning "previously hinged along some separated perforations at top" which we feel is unjustly harsh, Extremely Fine Gem, ex Whitman, with 1994 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo) as Mint N.H. and with 2015 P.F. certificate (XF-Superb 95)
