Rich colors nicely complemented by ultramarine target cancel, Very Fine and choice, an exceedingly rare cancel on a bi-color 1869 Pictorial, this is the only example we have offered since keeping computerized records and according to the exhibitor is the only recorded ultramarine cancel on any bicolor 1869 Issue stamp, with 2010 P.F. certificate, this color cancel is listed but unpriced in Scott
