A STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 4-CENT PAN-AMERICAN ISSUE, WHICH HAS BEEN GRADED SUPERB 98 BY THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION. AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT ISSUE TO FIND IN SUCH SUPERB CONDITION.
