12c Black, Re-Issue (107). Intense shade and impression, wavy-line cancel that is not contemporary with the issue, Very Fine, used examples of this issue are extremely rare -- we record only 15 examples with contemporary cancels, we sold a similarly cancelled 24c in our 2014 Rarities sale and a 90c in our 2004 "Lake Shore" sale, with 1977 P.F. certificate stating "it is genuine"
