EXTREMELY FINE. THE ONE-CENT AGRICULTURE ON SOFT PAPER IS VERY RARE IN THIS OUTSTANDING SOUND AND CENTERED CONDITION.

As discerning collectors know, the Officials are extremely difficult to obtain in sound, centered condition -- particularly among the American printings on soft porous paper. The example offered here is a condition rarity.

With 1974 and 2016 P.F. certificates (XF 90). By way of comparison, P.S.E. has graded only two examples of this issue above a grade of 50, one 90 and one 98J -- last offered in our 2009 sale of the "Beverly Hills" collection.
