Mint N.H. bottom left plate no. 31386 and 31391 block of four, double impression confirmed by the presence of both plate numbers over each other as well as "Football" and "1869-1969" on the left vertical pair, bright fresh colors, Extremely Fine, unlisted in Scott or Datz and most likely a unique example of this popular issue, this error was apparently caused when the sheet with the first incomplete impression from plate 31386 was re-fed through the press and received the second complete impression from plate 31391
