Fr. H No. 4 29 Mai 69" Ligne H octagonal French Packet datestamp applied in New York harbor and matching framed "PD" handstamp, transit and receiving backstamps, neatly docketed at left, 30c has barest trace of tiny creases in two corners (invisible except in cross-lighting)
