Transit Apr. 21" circular datestamp, transit and receiving backstamps, cover has been cleaned and repaired, the stamps are Very Fine, an attractive double-rate use, signed Ashbrook who notes "H. Pairs on cover are rare", with 1999 P.F. certificate
