3c Orange Brown, Ty. I, Panama-Pacific Small Die Proof (41P2a). Rich color with just a hint of the toning which is characteristic of genuine Panama-Pacific proofs, Very Fine and rare, despite the Scott listing as Scarlet, these are a completely different color than the far more common Roosevelt small die proofs (which are Scarlet), with 1993 P.F. certificate correctly as Orange Brown
