The Raymond Vogel collection sold by our firm contained 12c and 15c 1866-68 Issue covers to Brazil, Peru and Uruguay, but not one cover to Chile. Using Power Search we located a few 1861-68 Issue covers to Chile, but this franking with the 15c Lincoln is the only one of its kind we have located
