Vols.", return address in Manchester N.H., apparently undeliverable through the New York City post office and returned to New Hampshire, "Returned to Writer" Pointing Hand handstamp, "New-York Jan. 23" circular datestamp, light folds clear of stamp, Very Fine, although prepaid only 2c for city delivery, the post office apparently sent it to another place without postage due, ex Emerson
