5c Brown Yellow (67a). Well-centered, bright shade -- described as Scott 67 on certificate, but it is the Brown Yellow, Scott 67a -- cancelled by Cincinnati "Prison Bars" framed grid cancel in brilliant green, tiny margin tear at bottom, a truly negligible flaw considering the Very Fine appearance and great rarity of this stamp with a green cancellation, with 2015 P.F. certificate which states that the stamp is reperfed at left, but we disagree, it aligns perfectly with right side in Photoshop test, and the mate to this stamp with the same green cancel was offered in our Wagshal sale and has the same approximate width, these are the only two Scott 67/67a stamps with green cancels known to us
