A STRIKING 1857 10-CENT TYPE III MULTIPLE ON A QUADRUPLE-RATE COVER TO MEXICO FROM THE HARGOUS CORRESPONDENCE. MULTIPLE-RATE COVERS TO MEXICO ARE RARELY FOUND IN THIS REMARKABLY FRESH AND CHOICE CONDITION.
