Pair, fresh color and paper, wide margins with choice centering, unobtrusive duplex cancel, P.S.E. mentions shorter perf at upper left but it is fully formed so we believe a harsh call, Extremely Fine, with 1992 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90; SMQ $600.00), we gather this would have graded 95 without the perf call
