15c Olive Green (284). Mint N.H., guide line at bottom, unusually wide margins and almost perfectly centered, rich color on bright white paper, Extremely Fine, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90; SMQ $1,600.00), by centering alone this is a 95, but the grade was likely reduced for the guide line
