Position 9R1L, recut once at bottom (only eight such recuts on plate), original gum, lightly hinged, large margins all around, deep rich color, fresh and Extremely Fine, this Type IV stamp shows the complete design at top, in its earlier state it was Type Ib Scott 5A, with 2003 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, XF 90; SMQ $2,200.00)
