Mint N.H. top left plate no. 129202 block of six, fresh and bright color, side selvage somewhat reduced, bottom left stamp light natural gum wrinkle, left selvage with trivial perf disc indentation, single perf tip on top right stamp with tiny trivial gum soak (not mentioned on certificate)FINE-VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A SCARCE PLATE BLOCK OF THE FIRST HUNTING PERMIT ISSUE, SCOTT RW1.
