1c Blue, Ty. II (7). Positions 33-35R1E, separated and neatly lined up as a strip of three, tied to each other and right stamp to cover by circular grid cancels, matching "Wilmington Del. Jul. 11" (1851) circular datestamp on folded letter to Dover Del., right stamp light corner crease, just a hint of edge toning around the stamps, Very Fine appearance and a desirable use only ten days after the 1851 Issue was released
