Complete Mint N.H. top half pane of 100 with double imprint, arrow and red plate no. 1092, strong colors and exceptional centering throughout, some telescoping of some perfs toward bottom of little consequence, still Very Fine, it is doubtful there can be many other panes that equal the quality of the one offered here, a beautiful showpiece
