THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED USED MULTIPLE CONTAINING THE 6-CENT 1895 "USIR" WATERMARK ERROR. LESS THAN 25 IN TOTAL HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED AS GENUINE BY THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION.
