Sale 1106, Lot 3039, 1851-56 Issue3c Red on Buff, Nesbitt entire (U10). Cancelled by perfect strike of blue "Bardstown Ky. May 13, 1859" circular datestamp and used to New Haven Ky., with original enclosure of printed poem titled "The Widow's Lament", the contents are of such an explicitly obscene nature they give Fifty Shades of Grey a run for its money, includes "I've longed to ___ you nightly, but this night most of all; my ___ was hot as pepper, and the crabs began to crawl.", even the imprint is filled with sexual innuendo, the entire with a few toned spots, Very Fine, a most extraordinary item and the only one of its kind we have ever encountered, probably created by a printer as a joke between friends, destined to be owned by a collector with a perverse sense of humor
