FINE. A RARE PLATE BLOCK OF SIX OF THE 1914 3-CENT POSTAGE DUE ISSUE IN THE CARMINE LAKE SHADE. THIS IS THE SECOND PLATE BLOCK IN THIS SHADE WE HAVE OFFERED SINCE KEEPING COMPUTERIZED RECORDS.
