VERY FINE AND CHOICE CENTERING. A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF EIGHT OF THE 10-CENT COLUMBIAN ISSUE.

This is a difficult plate block to obtain in such choice condition
