AN ENORMOUSLY RARE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 1910 3-CENT SINGLE-LINE WATERMARKED POSTAGE DUE ISSUE. THIS IS ONLY THE SECOND PLATE BLOCK WE HAVE OFFERED SINCE KEEPING COMPUTERIZED RECORDS.
The other example we offered was hinged. This is the only Mint Never-Hinged plate block of No. J47 that we could find in past sale catalogues.
