CUBA, 1900, 10c on 10c Brown, Ty. II (226A). Original gum, h.r., pretty shadeFRESH AND FINE EXAMPLE OF THE CUBA 10-CENT ON 10-CENT TYPE II SPECIAL PRINTING.
In March 1900 one pane of each denomination was prepared for the Paris and Pan-American Expositions. For the 10c the Type II design was used, and it is only known as a Special Printing.
